Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first, and search your inbox for the store name. If it still isn't there, email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send your access link.
Links can be time-limited for security. That doesn't mean you've lost the purchase — send us your order number and we'll issue a fresh link at no cost.
If you can't access the product, the file is corrupted, or it's materially different from what was advertised, yes. Our Refund Policy explains exactly what's covered and how to request one.
It's in your order confirmation email, usually formatted like #1001. Including it speeds things up, but if you can't find it, just tell us the email address you used.
